Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics/Operations Associate to join our team. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience in handling imports and exports procedures, as well as daily communication with transportation companies to ensure proper handling of shipments. Strong knowledge of English is essential for effective communication with suppliers and clients.

Responsibilities include data entry, electronic document management, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Handling Imports and Exports Procedures: Coordinate and execute imports and exports procedures, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing errors.
  • Daily Communication with Transportation Companies: Develop and maintain relationships with transportation companies to guarantee smooth shipment handling.
  • Logistics Communication: Effectively communicate with suppliers and clients regarding logistics-related issues.
  • Data Entry and Document Management: Accurately enter and manage data, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Collaboration with Colleagues: Work closely with colleagues to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve any issues that may arise.
Qualifications & Competencies:
  • Education: Degree in Logistics or Business Administration.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the shipping industry or transportation is required.
  • Language Skills: Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Skill Set: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer-centric approach, critical thinking skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
