Plant Operator for Primary Production Team

Job Description:
">This role is a critical part of our production team, responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Air Separation Unit. The successful candidate will oversee the unit's daily activities, including starting up, shutting down, and maintaining equipment to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
">Main Responsibilities:
">- ">
- Oversight of production volumes, monitoring output and quality of manufactured products">
- Ensuring people, property, and environmental safety, as well as risk prevention and compliance with health regulations">
- Working under the supervision of the Production Manager to start, shut down, and adjust equipment, and perform needed checks">
- Adjusting plant control variables, monitoring, and managing process equipment parameters to meet production specifications and targets">
- Gaining knowledge of air separation theory and related equipment associated with the process">
- Troubleshooting plant operational issues and alarms, either directly or in conjunction with the local team">
- Maintenance and updating of plant and equipment">
- Preparing and maintaining production operations and distribution records to meet internal and external requirements">
- Performing daily routines, including water treatment, equipment inspection, and log sheet reading">
Required Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
">- ">
- A degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation/TEI or higher">
- Experience in a production line (preferable)">
- Good command of risk management and prevention">
- Solid grasp of health and safety rules">
