  • As a Plant Operator for the Primary Production Unit, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Air Separation Unit.">
  • You will oversee the production process, monitoring output and quality to meet customer demands.">
  • Taking responsibility for people, property, and environmental safety, as well as risk prevention and compliance with health regulations.">
  • Working in rotating shifts, you will start, shut down, and adjust equipment under the supervision of the Production Manager.">
  • Adjusting plant control variables, monitoring and managing process equipment parameters to meet production specifications and targets.">
  • Ongoing knowledge development of air separation theory and related equipment associated with the process.">
  • Troubleshooting operational issues and alarms, either directly or in conjunction with the local team.">
  • Maintenance and updating of plant and equipment.">
  • Preparing and maintaining production operations and distribution records to meet internal and external requirements.">
  • Daily routines include water treatment, equipment inspection, and log sheet reading.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation engineering (TEI or higher).">
  • 1-2 years of experience in a production line environment is preferred.">
  • Strong understanding of risk management and prevention principles.">
  • Solid grasp of health and safety rules.">
  • Familiarity with English language.">
  • Good communication skills (interdepartmental, team members, vendors, etc.).">
  • PC literacy.">
