Production Supervisor

**Job Title:** Production Supervisor

The primary responsibility of a plant operator in this role is to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the Air Separation Unit. This involves supervising the unit's daily activities, starting up and shutting down the equipment, performing routine checks, and maintaining the integrity of stored and shipped products.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee the smooth production of volumes required while monitoring the output and quality of the manufactured product.
• Taking responsibility for people, property, and environmental safety, as well as risk prevention, and compliance with health regulations.
• Starting, shutting down, and adjusting equipment under the supervision of the Production Manager, as well as performing needed checks.
• Adjusting plant control variables, monitoring, and managing process equipment parameters to meet production specifications and targets.
• Obtaining a knowledge base of the theory of air separation and related equipment associated with the process.
• Developing skills to troubleshoot, evaluate process upsets, and take corrective actions.
• Troubleshooting the causes of plant operational issues and alarms either directly or in conjunction with the local team.
• Participating in the maintenance and updating of plant and equipment.
• Preparing and maintaining production operations and distribution records to meet internal and external requirements.
• Handling daily routines including water treatment, equipment inspection, and log sheet reading.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automation/TEI or higher.
• Experience in a production line is a plus.
• Good command of risk management and prevention.
• Solid grasp of health and safety rules.
