This multifaceted role seeks a dynamic PR & Communications Coordinator to enhance our Marketing division. The primary focus of this role is to be responsible for managing and executing public relations and communication strategies for Domes Resorts. PR & Communications Coordinator

Some of the responsibilities you will be entrusted with:

• Liaising with PR agencies for daily communication, ensuring smooth collaboration, timely updates, and alignment on brand messaging and strategy. Coordinating media opportunities, press requests, and approvals.
• Actively participating in all PR-related tasks and projects, supporting the team in brainstorming, strategy execution, event planning, and any other initiatives to enhance brand visibility and media relations.
• Monitoring marketing email communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and engagement while collaborating with the team on key messaging and campaign execution.
• Monitoring media clippings by tracking brand coverage across online and offline platforms. Regularly updating and maintaining an Excel database of publications, analyzing media sentiment, and preparing reports for internal review.
• Managing media & influencer collaborations from start to finish, including: identifying relevant influencers, negotiating deliverables, securing availabilities via Yield, handling reservations, sending pre-arrival emails to Operations or CSO, drafting and managing contracts, and ensuring deliverables are met and reported.
• Organizing and preparing Press & Influencer Trips, including drafting and finalizing itineraries for CSO & SIF approval, coordinating logistics, securing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for press and influencer guests.
• Overseeing content for Domes Stories online magazine, including theme ideation, planning monthly articles, coordinating with the copywriting team, and ensuring accurate publication and distribution.
• Coordinating photo materials and editorial content by sourcing high-quality visuals and ensuring that media receive the correct assets.
• Working closely with internal and external teams to deliver compelling content for media use.

Useful to have:

• A bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is typically required.
• 1-3 years of experience in public relations, communications, marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in media relations is a plus.
• Experience in managing social media accounts and creating digital content is required.
• Proficiency in communication tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, media monitoring tools, and PR management software).
• Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing tools can be beneficial.
