Job Description

Become an integral part of our team as a Spanish Speaking Consultant for Online Payment Solutions. In this essential role, you will offer specialized consultancy and support to Spanish-speaking clients, helping them navigate the diverse landscape of online payment solutions.

In this position, you will work closely with clients to tailor payment solutions that meet their specific needs and ensure a smooth onboarding process. Your Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-quality consultancy services to Spanish-speaking clients regarding our online payment solutions.
  • Guide clients through the onboarding and implementation processes of customized payment systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot payment transactions to ensure seamless operations.
  • Educate clients on payment compliance, security protocols, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to address client feedback and enhance service delivery.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of client interactions and solutions provided in our CRM system.
Required Skills and Qualifications
