As a seasoned cybersecurity expert, you have the unique opportunity to make a real difference in our clients' online security measures. Based in Athens, this role is all about delivering top-notch consulting services to Estonian-speaking clients, helping them leverage our robust online security software solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop strategic partnerships with Estonian-speaking clients to understand their online security needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of our security software products to clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions and demonstrations to equip clients with the knowledge and skills needed to effectively utilize our products.
  • Analyze client feedback to drive product enhancements and service improvements.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Fluency in Estonian (spoken and written) as well as excellent English proficiency.
  • Proven experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the online security industry.
  • Strong technical expertise in online security software and digital safety practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • A analytical mindset with the capacity to interpret complex data and provide actionable recommendations.
