About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled customer support professional to provide top-notch assistance to our Italian-speaking clients. In this exciting opportunity, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, addressing their inquiries related to our security software products.
- Deliver exceptional customer support by providing timely and effective solutions to client issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues that require further assistance.
- Provide expert guidance on product features and functions to maximize client satisfaction and usage.
- Assist customers in resolving technical issues through step-by-step troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
- Document customer interactions and track progress to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Stay updated on product enhancements and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
- Fluency in Italian (spoken and written) is essential; English proficiency is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is preferred.
- Strong understanding of security software and general technical knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
