Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and providing solutions to enhance their shopping experience.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the webshop's products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
- Record customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to implement effective strategies for improving customer satisfaction, engaging in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
- Participate in regular team meetings to share insights and best practices for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch; proficiency in English is also required.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with prior experience in customer service or e-commerce being an asset.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and online customer support tools is beneficial.
