Customer Success Account Manager

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving customer success and maximizing sales opportunities through proactive engagement with book of business accounts. Your daily responsibilities will encompass prospecting, qualifying opportunities, and skillfully closing deals.

  • Conduct thorough research on customer contracts and history using platforms like Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to uncover upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Deliver product demonstrations and create customer-specific use cases to highlight the value of the solutions
  • Manage your pipeline effectively, providing accurate updates to management on progress and forecasts

What We Look For In You

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
  • 1+ years of Outbound sales experience, with focus on prospecting, lead qualification, negotiation, objection handling, generating new business opportunities, upselling and cross selling
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based solutions and subscription models
