We are seeking a skilled Swedish-speaking E-commerce Support Specialist to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to clients across various channels, ensuring seamless and satisfactory shopping experiences.

  • Handle customer inquiries related to online orders, including delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, utilizing strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

  • Ensure data security and compliance with GDPR and PCI standards.

  • Escalate complex cases and follow established internal procedures.

  • Collaborate closely with logistics and financial teams to resolve customer concerns efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Fluent C2-level Swedish and higher, as well as excellent English language skills (C1).

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

  • A detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.

  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun), with flexibility and adaptability.

  • Prior experience in customer support or back-office roles is highly desirable.

  • EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Portugal.
