Customer Support Representative

We're seeking a highly motivated and service-oriented individual to join our dynamic team as a Customer Support Representative. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your communication skills and problem-solving abilities to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Multi-Channel Support: Provide high-quality support through various channels, including phone, chat, email, and social media.

Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French (C2 level) and English (B2 level).
  • EU Citizenship or Residency: Possess EU citizenship or a Greek residency card.
  • Experience: 0-1 year of experience in customer support.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills, with a willingness to learn and grow.
