About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a customer service representative. As part of our team, you will work onsite in our brand new facilities in Athens, Greece, and contribute to bringing humanity to business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right tools, methods, and processes
- Upsell products or services to existing customers where necessary
What You Need to Succeed:
- Fluent English (B2 level)
- Previous customer service experience is recommended
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications
- Professionalism, positivity, and a supportive attitude
- Ability to support and work regular late evening and overnight shifts
