Job Title: Finance and Administration Officer

Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to support our growing team. As a Finance and Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining the financial health of our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day finances, including cash flow tracking, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, bank reconciliation, and rent collection. You will also provide administrative support to our manager, including purchases, payments, and supplier records.

You will work closely with our external accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial information. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in finance, is highly organized, and has excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage our day-to-day finances, including cash flow tracking, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, bank reconciliation, and rent collection.
  • Provide administrative support to our manager, including purchases, payments, and supplier records.
  • Collaborate with our external accountants to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in finance or administration, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
  • Strong Excel and accounting software skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Time management and accuracy.
