Imperial Customer Service Representative

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a French Speaking Customer Service Representative. As part of our dynamic Imperial Department in vibrant Athens, you will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse clientele and make a real difference in their customer experience.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fluency in French (both spoken and written), and a genuine passion for customer service. Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus, but not required.

As a French Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience for every client.
  • Creating a welcoming atmosphere in every interaction, reinforcing our commitment to outstanding service.
  • Documenting customer interactions thoroughly to enhance our service efforts.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to share insights and improve our customer service delivery.

Requirements include:

  • Fluency in French (both spoken and written).
  • A genuine passion for customer service and helping others.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
