Η εταιρεία αναζητά για το εμπορικό της τμήμα einen Sales Administrative Assistant, με την στόχο να καλύψει τις ανάγκες του εμπορικού τμήματος.
- Απαιτούμενα καθήκοντα:
- Διευθέτηση εργασιών και επικοινωνία με τους αρμόδιους.
- Σύνταξη προσφορών προς τους πελάτες.
- Προετοιμάσει και συντάσσει αναφορές, εσωτερικά σημειώματα, επιστολές, λοιπά κείμενα και παρουσιάσεις.
- Γραμματειακή & διοικητική υποστήριξη στον Διευθυντή της Εμπορικής Διεύθυνσης.
- Απαιτούμενες προσόψεις:
- Απόφοιτος/η ΑΕΙ οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης.
- Ελάχιστη διετής (2) προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση γραμματειακής υποστήριξης Εμπορικής Δ/νσης.
- Άριστη γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορικά & γραπτά).
- Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού εφαρμογών MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer).
