The role of Income Controller / Invoicing Auditor plays an important part in managing the financial and debit processes of the hotel.

Job Description

This position ensures effective revenue management, financial stability, and a smooth flow of payments to the hotel. The main objective of this position is to contribute to maintaining the financial health of the business by optimizing revenue, ensuring regulatory compliance, and resolving issues related to debit processes and payments.

Main Responsibilities & Accountabilities 
  • Supervises activities of income audit and credit control of the hotels
  • Credit management: Manages payments from customers and monitors pending issues
  • Fund Management: Monitors cash flow, manages receipts, deposits in bank accounts
  • Communication with Customers and Partners: Provides information and communicates with customers and partners regarding charges, payments, and pending issues
  • Dispute resolution: Resolves disputes and inconsistencies regarding pricing, payments, and billing with customers and partners
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Previous proven experience in a similar position in hospitality, income auditing roles, reservations or front office
  • Computer literacy with advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Knowledge of financial concepts: Understanding of basic financial principles such as revenue, payments, credits, payment deadlines, and debit accounts
  • Ability to manage multiple processes at once, organize time efficiently, and keep track of details
  • Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and draw conclusions from analyses
  • Ability to work effectively with team members and collaborate with different departments of the business
