We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated customer support professional to join our team in Greece.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

As a customer support representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries via phone and email.

You will be the owner of each customer query, ensuring a prompt resolution and response, while building meaningful relationships with our customers.

Our ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right procedures;
  • Being the owner of the customer query and ensuring a timely resolution and response;
  • Building meaningful relationships, answering customer questions in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner;
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service quality goals, compliance regulations, and productivity targets;

To succeed in this role, you will need to have:

  • English C2 level;
  • Ability to resolve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience;

  • Ability to walk customers through complex procedures from start to finish;
  • EU citizenship or Greek residence card.
