German Speaking Customer Expert

We are looking for talented individuals who will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing one of the world's most esteemed companies in the tobacco industry.
The ideal candidate will utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats to provide a seamless customer experience, responding to inquiries about products and resolving issues as they arise. Fluency in German is required, along with very good use of English in written and spoken language.
