Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken, is essential for this role.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or travel sector, will give you a competitive edge.
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction are non-negotiable.
