Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through phone, email, and chat support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective assistance to customers via various communication channels
  • Offer accurate information about services and resolve inquiries to the satisfaction of our clients
  • Maintain high-quality customer relationships by providing personalized support and follow-up interactions
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of customer service

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Estonian (C1 level) and strong English skills (B2 or above)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to start immediately and work on-site in Athens
  • Previous experience in customer service is an asset but not required
