Position Overview

The role of People & WorkPlace Solutions Generalist is pivotal in supporting the day-to-day operations of the HR department.

  • Supports the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure seamless employee transitions and efficient HR processes.
  • Owning and coordinating all payroll-related processes, including external payroll provider management.
  • Coordinates onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.
  • Manages ERGANI data for hiring, resignations, overtime, etc.
  • Coordinates annual target setting and employee performance appraisal processes.
  • Maintains accurate employee records in compliance with legal and company policies.
  • Executes various HR functions, such as internal communication, employee engagement, and corporate events.
  • HR systems management ensures efficiency and accuracy.
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and resolves issues related to HR policies and procedures.
