We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to take on the role of Software Development Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, architecting, and deploying scalable applications across cloud environments.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of software solutions using Python and asynchronous frameworks;
  • Develop and maintain backend services ensuring robust DevOps practices and continuous delivery;
  • Design and implement NLP workflows integrating large language models and MLOps best practices;
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including data scientists, DevOps engineers, and product owners;
  • Communicate complex technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Document architecture decisions and implementation approaches as part of technical deliverables.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Python development and modern web applications;
  • Proven expertise with asynchronous frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, asyncio) and microservices;
  • Demonstrated experience in natural language processing, large language models (LLMs), and MLOps;
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills;
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments, especially AWS and GCP;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes);
  • Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools;
  • Exposure to data pipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow);
  • Familiarity with GitOps and automated testing frameworks.
