Customer Service Advisor

Our company is the maritime industry's trusted partner in port, onboard and offshore. We supply a wide portfolio of products and services available in every market and region.

As our new Customer Service Advisor, you will work closely with our German-speaking customers to understand and support their needs and requirements. You will provide commercial and technical guidance to advise and support customers, ensuring they receive the best possible service.

Key responsibilities include working proactively with customers to help them standardize their requests, following up on customer inquiries, and resolving any complaints or non-compliances through our improvement/complaint system.

  • Skill Requirements:

  • Business-related studies or relevant work experience in customer service.

  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken.

  • A keen interest in the shipping industry and marine products.

  • Excellent interacting, networking, and communication skills.

  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Strong telephone sales skills.
