Distinguished German Sales Strategist for Client Partnerships in Athens

**Sales Excellence in a Dynamic Environment**
We are seeking an accomplished German Sales Strategist to enhance our client partnerships and drive sales growth in the Athens location.
As a key member of our team, you will leverage your expertise to develop and execute tailored sales strategies that meet the unique needs of each client. This hybrid role offers the opportunity to work closely with clients, analyzing performance data, addressing inquiries related to sales campaigns and budgets, and creating innovative solutions to help clients achieve their objectives while fostering long-term relationships.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized sales plans aligned with their goals and objectives
- Client Engagement: Establish and maintain strong, trusted relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver results
- Sales Planning: Develop and execute sales plans focused on growth and success, leveraging market trends and insights
- Performance Analytics: Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and identify new opportunities for growth
- Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends and challenges to create impactful sales initiatives
- Reporting: Track and report on key metrics such as sales targets, client satisfaction, and success rates
**Qualifications:**
- Proficiency in German (C2 level)
- Proficiency in English (C1 level)
- EU Citizenship or Greek residency card
- Minimum one year of experience in sales, with a focus on inbound/outbound sales
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- A passion for client relationships and a desire to learn and grow in the industry
