We are seeking an experienced professional to fill the position of Operations Specialist. This role will involve coordinating and executing tasks across various teams, ensuring seamless project delivery.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • \
  • Coordination of daily/nightly executions\
  • Execution of jobs in test environments for UAT support\
  • Monitoring of job executions and automatic daemon jobs\
  • Re-execution of jobs in case of failures\
  • Ordering of jobs for nightly test job executions\
  • Execution of jobs for nightly test job batch executions\
  • Monitoring of jobs for nightly test job batch executions\
  • Execution of jobs in Finacle environment\
  • Monitoring executions in Finacle environment\
  • Checking PODs in OpenShift and communicating with DevOps team\
  • Raising technical defects in Jira upon failed executions\
  • Documenting performance results of EOD executions\\/ul>\

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or relevant discipline\
  • Proven experience in similar roles\
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills\
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a distributed team\
  • Strong command of English language (written & verbal)\\/ul>\
