Job Description:

Treasury Payments Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Payments professional to join our team. As a key member of the Treasury Payments department, you will be responsible for providing analysis, reports, and compliance control of payment processes.

The role requires precision, analytical thinking, responsibility, and a solid understanding of financial procedures and payment flows via SAP. You will also need to collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of the Treasury.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor, control, and analytical processing of payments via SAP
  • Create daily, weekly, and monthly payment reports (actuals vs forecast)
  • Extract and analyze payment data by supplier category, account group
  • Support in cash flow forecasting and payment reconciliation
  • Compliance check of payments with approval workflow policies and credit limits
  • Ensure accurate configuration (IBAN, BIC, Payment Terms, Supplier Master Data)
  • Support in internal and external audits with appropriate reports and documentation
  • Participate in SAP payment process optimization and automation projects

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance
  • 5-7 years of experience in Treasury, Accounts Payable, or Financial Analysis
  • Previous experience with SAP FI/Payments module is considered essential
  • MS office literacy
  • Fluency in English language, both written and spoken
