Job Title: IT Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and solid working experience in providing desktop and remote support to end users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, managing user accounts and permissions, and collaborating with infrastructure and security teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide timely and effective support to end users via phone, email, or in-person.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and network configurations.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in a secure and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall IT operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant IT support experience.
• Excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Windows-based environments, and remote support tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the banking sector is a plus.
