Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:

  • Πιστοποίηση μαγειρικής ή πτυχίο από σχολή μαγειρικής.
  • Εξοικείωση με τον γενικό εξοπλισμό και με τις συσκευές κουζίνας.
  • Γνώση τεχνικών παρασκευής τροφίμων, μεθόδων μαγειρέματος και πρακτικών ασφάλειας και υγιεινής.
  • Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης, κατανόησης και παρακολούθησης συνταγών.

Απαραίτητες Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Προετοιμασία τροφίμων για τους πελάτες, κατά παραγγελία, έγκαιρα και με συνέπεια.
  • Προσδιορισμός των αναγκών τροφίμων και προμηθειών με βάση το μενού.
  • Επιθεώρηση των τροφίμων και των προμηθειών όπως απαιτείται.
  • Βεβαίωση ότι το περιβάλλον εργασίας και οι πάγκοι είναι καθαρά.
  • Έλεγχος του φαγητού πριν σερβιριστεί στους πελάτες.
  • Έλεγχος και ελαχιστοποίηση των απορριμμάτων.
  • Συμμόρφωση με τους προβλεπόμενους κανονισμούς και διαδικασίες ασφαλείας.
