Be a key player in our kitchen team as a Demi Chef de Partie at a luxury hotel.

  • Assist the Chef de Partie in leading daily kitchen operations to ensure smooth, efficient production processes.
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to established hotel recipes and presentation standards, maintaining consistency and portion control.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned kitchen stations while adhering to food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Support the culinary team in planning and preparing menus for special events, banquets, and seasonal offerings.
  • Contribute to training and developing junior kitchen staff while fostering teamwork and upholding high culinary standards.
  • Monitor ingredient levels and minimize waste by reporting replenishment needs to the Chef de Partie.
  • Participate actively during service periods, ensuring all menu items are prepared efficiently and plated with precision to meet timelines and presentation expectations.


Key Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
  • Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and culinary presentations.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced kitchen environments while maintaining high standards.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a passion for learning and growing in the culinary field.
  • Creativity and ability to contribute new ideas to the menu and dishes.
  • Fluency in Greek and English is required.
