Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your excellent communication skills and provide exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Document customer interactions in a timely and precise manner within our CRM system.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to improve service quality and streamline processes.
  • Provide feedback and insights to management on customer trends and service opportunities.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on products and services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
  • A team-oriented attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and immerse yourself in a new environment.
