Job Description

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will also guide customers through troubleshooting processes, handle billing inquiries, and provide timely resolutions to their concerns.

  • You will assist customers in placing orders and resolving related issues.
  • You will answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues as needed.
  • You will follow standard diagnostic procedures to ensure efficient issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills in Dutch, with a good command of English (B2+).
  • Sales experience with consumer products and services is an asset.
  • You should have strong technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
