  • Utilize software to source and input customer data accurately.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent command of the Dutch language.
  • Good communication skills in English.
  • Prior customer service experience is preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, utilizing active listening and clear speaking.
  • Strong written communication skills, utilizing proper grammar and punctuation.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of discipline and self-motivation.
  • Experience dealing professionally with people via phone, email, video, and social media.
  • Well-developed sense of urgency and follow-through.
  • Ability to multitask multiple systems, screens, and tasks during customer interactions.
  • Capacity to learn and adapt to new software technologies.
