Quality Assurance Specialist


Our organization is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to contribute to ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. As a member of the Quality Management team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting and implementing activities and procedures aimed at improving quality.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for following up on complaints, conducting root cause analyses, and implementing corrective actions. They will also oversee the creation and maintenance of our document management system, ensuring its compliance with applicable regulations.

In addition, they will collaborate with other departments to process customer requests, implement all relevant procedures described in the Quality Management System (QMS), and participate in internal audits and QMS process audits.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. A university degree in Chemistry, Food Technology or related field is required, along with advanced degrees or certifications being considered an asset.
