Περιγραφή Θέσης
Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α αναζητείται για να οδηγήσει την ομάδα μας στην υψηλότερη επιτυχία. Η κύρια ευθύνη του/της θα είναι ο σχεδιασμός, η οργάνωση και η επίβλεψη των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών του τμήματος Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.

Κύριες Ευθύνες
Οι κύριες ευθύνες του/της HR Manager περιλαμβάνουν:
  • Σχεδιασμός και επίβλεψη των διαδικασιών πρόσληψης και εκπαίδευσης των εργαζομένων.
  • Διεξαγωγή συνεντεύξεων και επιλογή κατάλληλων υποψηφίων σε Θεσσαλονίκη και Αθήνα.
  • Οργάνωση και ανανέωση των αρχείων προσωπικού.
  • Αξιολόγηση και καθοδήγηση της ομάδας.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα
Απαιτούνται οι ακόλουθες ειδικότητες:
  • Πτυχίο στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή στο Ανθρώπινο Δυναμικό.
  • Σχετική επαγγελματική εμπειρία 3-5 ετών σε τμήμα Ανθρώπινου Δυναμικού.
  • Καλή γνώση Αγγλικών & H/Y.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας με άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες.
