  • Υπολογισμός και εκτέλεση μισθοδοσίας για προσωπικό εστίασης με μεταβαλλόμενα ωράρια και ειδικότητες.
  • Διαχείριση καρτών εργασίας και ηλεκτρονικών δηλώσεων στο ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.
  • Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με την εργατική νομοθεσία και συλλογικές συμβάσεις.
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών μισθοδοσίας για τη διοίκηση.
  • Επικοινωνία με διευθυντές καταστημάτων για επίλυση θεμάτων προσωπικού.
  • Υποστήριξη σε ελέγχους ή επιθεωρήσεις σχετικές με εργασιακά ζητήματα.
  • Συνεχής βελτιστοποίηση διαδικασιών μισθοδοσίας.

Requirements

  • 3-5 χρόνια εμπειρίας στη μισθοδοσία, ιδανικά σε εταιρείες εστίασης ή με μεγάλο αριθμό εργαζομένων.
  • Άριστη γνώση χρήσης καρτών εργασίας και του συστήματος ΕΡΓΑΝΗ.
  • Πολύ καλή κατανόηση εργατικής νομοθεσίας και πρακτικών HR.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολυπλοκότητας σε μεταβαλλόμενα προγράμματα εργασίας.
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες με προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια και στην ακρίβεια.
  • Εχεμύθεια και επαγγελματισμός στη διαχείριση ευαίσθητων δεδομένων.
  • Καλή γνώση MS Excel και συστημάτων HR/Payroll.
  • Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και αποτελεσματικής επικοινωνίας με ομάδες.
