Construction MEP Engineer Job

We are seeking a skilled Construction MEP Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and supervising the procurement of technical goods and services on construction works.

  • Manage and supervise the procurement or purchase of technical goods and services on construction works based on client needs.
  • Evaluate new and existing suppliers and subcontractors.
  • Project budgeting.
  • Account and bill of quantities drafting.
  • Ensure purchased goods and services are delivered as promised.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Previous experience (at least 1 year) on construction projects, including residential and commercial buildings.
  • A solid understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as the ability to integrate these systems into overall construction projects.
  • General knowledge of building construction codes and industry standards, MEP equipment properties, and specifications.
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex issues related to MEP systems, both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent command of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Fluent in Greek and English.
