About the Role
The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of client-facing projects from initiation through to implementation and go-live. Reporting directly to senior leadership, the Project Manager will work at the intersection of technology, product, and client success—ensuring that project goals align with strategic business objectives and exceed client expectations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a wide range of projects, managing cross-functional teams, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the delivery lifecycle. Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking ability, are highly desirable.

">Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of national and international projects, from initiation through closure, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
- Define project objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and technical feasibility.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project management plans, including detailed work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocations.
- Conduct project budgeting and cost estimation, ensuring alignment with financial constraints and optimizing resource utilization.
- Identify, onboard, and manage cross-functional internal and external resources, ensuring effective capacity planning and workload distribution.
- Proactively assess and manage project risks, issues, and assumptions; implement risk mitigation and contingency plans.
- Monitor and control project execution, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure timely delivery through regular status reviews and performance reporting.
- Manage change requests, ensuring appropriate impact analysis and adherence to formal change control processes.
- Oversee project governance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring transparent communication and alignment across business units and external partners.
- Facilitate collaboration between business, technical, and marketing teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements and alignment of outcomes.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, escalating issues, and facilitating resolution with senior leadership as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including project charters, status reports, RAID logs, meeting minutes, and post-implementation reviews.
Requirements
Must Have Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or related fields.
- At least 3 years of Project Management experience in technology projects / products with proven track record.
- Exposure to software development processes (as a program or release manager, developer, project manager or product owner).
- A solid understanding of overall business and corporate objectives.
- Excellent knowledge of Project Management Tools and methodologies.
- Experience in scrum or other agile software development methodology.
- Strong analytical & organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking ability is highly desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
