Job Overview

PRIORITY Quality Consultants, one of the largest and fastest growing Management and IT consulting firms in Greece, is seeking to hire a Chief Information Security Officer Assistant on behalf of a leading Group of companies.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated professional to join our client's team on a part-time basis, working 3 days per week over a total period of 10 months per year.

The Role:

The Chief Information Security Officer Assistant will support the CISO Group by overseeing and ensuring the timely execution of cybersecurity projects, tracking remediation actions, and coordinating security assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the progress of cybersecurity projects and the implementation of remediation actions to ensure timely completion.
  • Collect data from cross-functional teams and produce detailed security assessments in collaboration with the Group CISO.
  • Update and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to contribute to the development of the annual cybersecurity plan.
  • Prepare quarterly reports for senior management and affiliated companies, ensuring clear and concise communication of progress and findings.
  • Assist in the design and execution of the organization's cybersecurity strategy, aligned with regulatory and business needs.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between internal teams and external stakeholders (e.g., auditors, consulting firms).

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in a cybersecurity or project management role, preferably in a mid-level role within a Big4 or major consulting firm.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or cybersecurity (CISSP, CISM).

Experience in training and awareness programs.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, ISO 27001).
