As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of customers, understanding their needs and delivering solutions that meet their expectations. Your excellent communication skills in Dutch will enable you to effectively communicate with customers, while your good command of English will allow you to collaborate with colleagues and access relevant resources.

To succeed in this position, you will need to possess a range of skills and qualifications. These include:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You will need to be able to communicate effectively with customers in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
  • Good Command of English: While not essential, a good command of English will be beneficial in enabling you to access relevant resources and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly with consumer products and services, will be an asset.
  • Technical Research Skills: You will need to be able to conduct thorough research to troubleshoot customer problems and provide effective solutions.
