As a valued member of the Triskel Consulting team, you will be working from the comfort of your own home in Greece, providing exceptional customer service to potential clients in France.

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will be the primary point of contact for clients interested in our services, providing information and answering questions to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Your commercial acumen will be essential in presenting our proposals and comparing prices with competitors.
  • You will provide new customers with comprehensive advice on our products and services, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
  • Your goal is to transform potential clients into satisfied customers through outstanding service and support.
  • You will also be responsible for completing administrative tasks related to contract finalization.

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or above is mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a similar commercial role would be advantageous.
  • You must possess a friendly and outgoing personality, with the ability to close deals in a professional and determined manner.
  • Fluency in French at a bilingual or native level, as well as good written and spoken English, is essential.
  • You should be self-driven, goal-oriented, and a go-getter who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
  • Able to listen and empathize with customers' needs, you will provide personalized support and solutions.
  • A good working knowledge of computers, with Salesforce experience being an asset, is required.
