Εργασία: Trade Marketing Manager

Η εταιρεία αναζητά Trade Marketing Manager για να ενισχύσει την ομάδα της.

  • Ανάλυση ανταγωνισμού και τιμοληψίας, καταγραφή νέων προϊόντων ανταγωνισμού και προσδιορισμός του positioning
  • Δημιουργία πλάνου ΚΑ πελάτων αλλά πλάνου συγκεκριμένων περιοχών (regional) σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες που προκύπτουν τόσο ATL (radio, digital) όσο και BTL activation (special offers, events κτλ)
  • Ανάλυση πωλήσεων σε επίπεδο προϊόντων ανά πελάτη, περιοχή κ.α. και προτάσεις εμπορικών ενεργειών sell in για τη διατήρηση και ανάπτυξη των μεριδίων
  • A&P budget monitoring
  • Κατάρτιση merchandising standards και έλεγχος εφαρμογής του από ομάδες πωλήσεων
  • Υλοποίηση αιτημάτων branding καταστημάτων σύμφωνα με τα brands guidelines
  • Διεξαγωγή ερευνών πελατών και αξιολόγηση στοιχείων
  • Διαχείριση digital loyalty program Β2Β, συνεχής αξιολόγηση, ανάλυση στοιχείων απόδοσης και προτάσεις βελτίωσης όποτε κρίνονται απαραίτητες
  • Έλεγχος και διαχείριση stock ΡΟΡ υλικών
  • Οργάνωση τεχνικών σεμιναρίων σε συνεργασία με ομάδες πωλήσεων
  • Συμμετοχή σε επιμέρους projects της διεύθυνσης Marketing (NPD's, re-launches κλτ)
Απαιτούμενα Προσόντα:
  • Πτυχίο AΕΙ ή TΕΙ Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Marketing ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Τουλάχιστον 5 χρόνια εμπειρία σε τμήματα Trade marketing ή Shopper marketing
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Δίπλωμα οδήγησης και δυνατότητα ταξιδιών εκτός έδρας (1-2 φορές το μήνα)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Αγγλικών
  • Επιθυμητή γνώση SAP

  • Ικανότητα τήρησης προθεσμιών και χρονοδιαγράμματος
  • Επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλών projects ταυτόχρονα
  • Άριστη διαπραγματευτική ικανότητα και επικοινωνία με χρήση σύγχρονων οπτικό-ακουστικών μέσων σε παρουσιάσεις
  • Πνεύμα ομαδικότητας και ικανότητα συνεργασίας με τα διάφορα τμήματα της εταιρείας
