
Business Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled sales professional to join our team. As a German speaking B2B Sales Representative, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, managing sales pipelines, and consulting with small-to-medium sized businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, fluent German language skills, and excellent communication skills. They will also be able to demonstrate a willingness to compete and win, as well as a self-motivated attitude.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Contacting potential clients by phone and email
- Managing and reporting on sales pipeline
- Consulting with small-to-medium sized businesses in the market
- Implementing tailored sales strategies to client portfolio
Requirements
- Work experience in sales
- Fluent in German language and good command of English language
- Absolute willingness to compete and win
- Demonstrated ability to create and close business
- Strong customer communication skills
- Team player, ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment
- Self-motivated, self-starter attitude
- Problem-detection and solving skills
