We are seeking a skilled Customer Advisor to join our team in Greece. As a representative of our top hospitality brand, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support.
Key Responsibilities:- Respond to consumer inquiries and record questions raised through free phone lines for customers;
- Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback on the customer services database;
- Ensure client complaints are dealt with and logged in line with our complaints escalation policy;
- Resolve support calls and emails within agreed SLAs and log them appropriately;
- Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training;
- Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification;
- Native/Fluent French language proficiency (C2 level);
- Good level of English language proficiency (C1 level);
- Writing speed: 20 words per minute;
- Active listening skills;
- Strong problem-solving skills;
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities.
