Hospital Support Associate Job

Our healthcare organization is seeking an experienced and compassionate Hospital Support Associate to join our team in Ireland. As a key member of our patient care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and comfort of patients during their hospital stay.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and possess a high level of empathy and understanding for patients' needs. Experience as a care assistant in a hospital setting or similar environment is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care Tasks
    • Assist patients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
    • Support patients with mobility and movement, ensuring their safety and comfort
    • Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes to the medical staff
  • Companionship and Support
    • Provide companionship and emotional support to patients during their hospital stays
  • Environmental Services
    • Ensure cleanliness and organization of patient areas in accordance with health standards
  • Team Collaboration
    • Collaborate with the healthcare team to carry out patient care plans effectively

  • Willingness to relocate to Ireland and adapt to the new healthcare landscape
