We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional to manage payroll processes, handle tasks related to the ERGANI system, and assist with day-to-day financial functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing monthly payroll cycles, possessing a working knowledge of taxes, social security contributions, and financial documentation. They should contribute to the accuracy and efficiency of the accounting function, assisting with bookkeeping, tax filings, and financial reports.
- Manage the entire payroll process in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
- Accurately input, update, and maintain employee data in the ERGANI system.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with payroll regulations, including leave, bonuses, and terminations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments.
- Assist with VAT declarations, social security payments, and other tax obligations.
- Coordinate with external auditors and labor authorities as needed.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date payroll and accounting records.
- Proven experience in payroll processing and accounting (at least 2-3 years).
- Hands-on experience with the ERGANI system is mandatory.
- Solid understanding of labor law and payroll regulations.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Familiarity with accounting software and MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
