Marketing Assistant Role

This is a dynamic and challenging position in a fast-paced marketing environment. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the organization's marketing efforts, ensuring successful execution of events and projects.

  • Assist with event planning, coordination, and execution to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop and manage promotional materials, including printed collateral and digital assets.
  • Support logistical tasks such as travel arrangements, documentation, and booth management.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to communicate event details and follow up on post-event tasks.
  • Help maintain inventory and expiration dates of marketing materials and inform stakeholders accordingly.
  • Provide support for internal training sessions and marketing meetings, including venue selection, meals, materials, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage budgets and purchase orders for events and activities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment on ongoing projects and grant support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Up to 2 years of work experience in marketing, administration, or event support.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with tools like Icertis, ARA, or ALEX is a plus.
