Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that align with our company vision and goals.

  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer engagement through effective brand management.
About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in brand management, with experience in market research, competitor analysis, and strategic planning. You will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as strong analytical and project management abilities.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management or marketing is necessary.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Comprehensive Brand Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and implement brand strategies that meet our company's objectives.
  2. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, consumer preferences, and opportunities for brand enhancement.
  3. New Product Launches and Improvements: Work closely with Brand Managers to contribute insights for new product launches and product improvements.
  4. Advertising and Promotional Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing advertising and promotional campaigns across various channels.
  5. Consumer Engagement Tactics: Develop and implement consumer engagement tactics, including loyalty programs, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
  6. Brand Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze brand performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
