About Us:

We are expanding our global franchise network and seeking a talented professional to join us.

The successful candidate will be assigned with the following Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify Prospects: Conduct thorough research to identify potential partners within target market segments, utilizing various channels and resources.
  • Build Relationships: Establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at prospective partner companies.
  • Sales Presentations: Develop compelling sales presentations tailored to each prospective partner's needs.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Lead negotiations to reach mutually beneficial agreements. Ensure contract terms align with company objectives and legal requirements.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners and track progress through the sales cycle.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in similar positions, proven track record of success in sales.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, proficiency in Greek and English languages.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and focus on achieving targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for meetings, conferences, and industry events.
