Job Title: Courier Services Coordinator

Are you looking for a role that involves providing exceptional customer service and representing a well-established international courier and logistics company? As a Courier Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls and digital interactions with professionalism and empathy.

  • Assist customers with package pickup and delivery requests, shipment tracking, claims processing, billing inquiries, and account setup.
  • Provide technical support for logistics systems and respond to general service questions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues following documented procedures.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Italian language skills (spoken and written).
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and multitasking across systems.
  • Previous experience in customer service or logistics support is a plus.
